ServCo Management, Inc. was created as an alternative secondary market company that would service, purchase, and sell government guaranteed loans. Although officially opened in January of 1996, operational and feasibility planning took place long before. The company's goals were quite simple. It wanted to establish a secondary market company that could be very flexible in purchasing, selling, and servicing loans with all types of payment structures. It also wanted to be able to disperse payments all across the nation so the originating lender would not have to. With personnel of banking background, the foundation was there for an understanding of how such a company should and needed to function. It must not only be the best in account servicing, but also must be competitive in the interest rate market so the return to the lender and investor would be the same or better than any other market. These goals are the foundation of our success now and into the future.
