The Farm Service Agency issues government guaranty's to lenders for several types of Agricultural Loans. Real Estate Loans (FO) and Operating Loans (OL) are saleable into the secondary market. We encourage the lender to schedule the loan terms and payment schedules to meet the needs of the borrower, NOT the secondary market.
